These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and facilities of AsmitA Club, operated by Asmita Resorts Private Limited, having its registered office at Mira Road, Maharashtra (“Company / Club / We / Us”).
By accessing the website or using the facilities of AsmitA Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nature of the Club
AsmitA Club is a recreational club open to:
- Registered members, and
- Non-members / guests / day visitors (subject to payment and availability)
Access to facilities is strictly subject to eligibility criteria, club rules, and applicable payment terms prevailing at the time of use.
Website Usage
- The website is for informational purposes only. To become a member of AsmitA Club, visitors may visit the Club premises (approximately a 5-minute walk from Mira Road Station) or contact the Club at +91 9930119833.
- Any enquiry submitted through the website does not constitute confirmation of membership, booking, or entitlement to use any facility.
Membership & Facility Eligibility
Gym
- Minimum age: 16 years
- Member must be medically fit and free from serious medical history
- The Club shall not be liable for any injury arising from incorrect usage or undisclosed medical conditions
Swimming Pool
- Minimum age: 7 years
- User must possess basic swimming skills
- User must be medically fit and comply with pool safety rules
Other Facilities
Facilities may be used strictly as per:
- Membership category subscribed, and
- Payment made for such facilities
Conduct & Discipline
Members and visitors shall:
- Maintain discipline and decorum
- Not cause nuisance
- Not damage club property, equipment, or premises
Termination
The Club reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate membership or access
- Without refund
In cases of:
- Nuisance
- Misconduct
- Damage to property
- Violation of club rules
Payments
Payments are collected not through the website – Online payments made directly to the Club through authorized modes (such as UPI, bank transfer, or payment links shared by the Club), and Cash payments accepted at the Club premises.
Payments may include:
- Membership fees
- Facility usage charges
- Event / banquet booking amounts
Refund & Cancellation
At AsmitA Club, we strive to offer a pleasant and well-managed experience for all our members and guests. To ensure smooth operations and fair access to facilities, membership fees and facility usage charges are generally non-refundable. Members and guests are encouraged to contact the Club team for any clarification regarding fees, facilities, or usage terms prior to making a payment.
Limitation of Liability
- Use of club facilities is entirely at the user’s own risk
- The Club shall not be responsible for:
a) Any Injury, loss, or damageb) Theft or loss of personal belonging
c) Health complications arising during use of facilities
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts at Mira Road, Maharashtra only shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
